Live Films

Amoung many things Corbijn did for Depeche Mode, he did four live films from concerts. The »Devotional« (1993) and »One Night in Paris« from the »Exciter« (2001) tour were released on DVD. Both are highly appreciated by fans and critiques. »Devotional« was even a Grammy nominee.

On film Corbijn captured the spirit of thes live events. Many fans I spoke to compared the athmosphere of »One Night in Paris« to the legendary performance of Queen »Live at Wembley«.

Corbijn made the stage design. He also did the stage projections for the tour. For the DVD he intervied band members and fans. He did the art direction, too.
