About Anton

Anton Corbijn was born in 1955 in Holland. He started as a photographer and became famous for his musicians and celebrities photos.

He worked with many different bands and also made album covers and music videos for them besides the photos. For Depeche Mode, he even designed the stage and made several films from their concerts.

Corbijn knows what he wants. Prior to a photoshoot he is searching for the right location. There he prefers outer places to a studio.

Lately, the German magazine »Stern« featured Corbijn in their series of photographers. Corbijn flew to Hamburg to be involved in the layout process for his portfolio »Innocence«.
